Illus Ocean, who has 3 new albums (in different forms) coming soon, shared this preview of his twisted covers album (maybe all Olivia Newton John?). It is a frighteningly awesome version of the O.N.J. tune Magic. No word on who the duet partner is or why Mr. Ocean is rollerskating shirtless with beer and axe but hey, that’s how Illus rolls.

Illus Ocean (aka Christopher Gomez) went well beyond the call of duty with this one. The out of sync timing, the comic theme and definitely the bathrobe scene make it totally NSFW. Apparently he edited out some of the even more sexy version. Mr. Ocean has 3 new albums coming your way including one that is purported to be a free album of Olivia Newton John covers! Here’s one more Illus Ocean track before Tuesday’s release. This one you won’t find on any blogs (not yet at least) and it’s called “Eternal”. In the album liner notes Illus Ocean himself had this to say about the track: “inspired by a robert heinlein story called ” all you zombies” it’s about a time loop where a transgender impregnates it’s self and then the child is also a hermaphrodite who grows up as a woman and then gets pregnant by a stranger and the whole thing just keeps looping. or something like that.” All that in under a minute and a half.
