Consider this Christmas in July! Here is a little 3 song EP of covers by I and I, Eric Sarmiento and Kalpana and Illus Ocean. I and I gives an interpretation of Swedish troubadour The Tallest Man On Earth’s excellent song “I Won’t Be Found”. Eric and Kalpana’s version of Radiohead’s “House of Cards” is a cool summertime jam to soothe the sun baked soul and Illus Ocean does a 10cc inspired take on Alchemists’ own The Pistol Arrows “Tangled and Strangled”.

We are excited to announce that on August 24th we’ll be releasing new artist Atlantic at Pacific’s rad debut “Weddings”. It’s full of hazy shimmering beat driven beach music that is as much akin to Eno’s ambient work and Boards of Canada as it is to recent “Chillwave” sounds from the likes of Washed Out. We’ll be featuring some Atlantic at Pacific material here as we lead up to the release date. For now, here is the cover featuring an awesome image by holgabot.

German youth radio station “Unser Ding 103.7” has invited One in a Googolplex mastermind Sebastian to be their guest for one hour. He will answer questions about his music and they’ll play some of his songs. The broadcast starts on Sunday, 23rd May – 16:45 UTC (12:45 EDT / 18:45 German DST).
Even if you don’t understand a word of German, you’ll get the opportunity to listen to some new OIAG tunes from the forthcoming LP (more on that soon). So make sure to tune in to Unser Ding (which means ‘our thing’ btw) on the 23rd of May by clicking on one of the links below.
